How do I define the list of additional activities for the timesheet?

You can complete the timesheet by adding a time chargeable to the accounting firm.

To do this, you need to define a list of additional activities. The additional activities are then available when you enter the times.

How can I find out the list of additional activities?

To see the list of additional activities on the timesheet:

  • Click on the settings icon

    at the bottom of the right-hand bar

  • Click on the "List of additional activities" line under the "Timesheet" heading

  • The list of additional activities is displayed

The following additional activities are available by default:

  • absence

  • training

  • sick leave

  • meeting

How do I change the name of an additional activities?

To change the name of an additional activities on the timesheet:

  • Click on the settings icon

    at the bottom of the right-hand bar

  • Click on the "List of additional activities" line under the "Timesheet" heading

  • Click on the desired activity

  • Update the name of the activity in the desired language, then click on "Confirm"

Applications are displayed according to the language chosen by the user in the "My account" settings.

The mandatory language is marked with an "*".

How do I add an additional activities?

To add an additional activities on the timesheet:

  • Click on the settings icon

    at the bottom of the right-hand bar

  • Click on the "List of additional activities" line under the "Timesheet" heading

  • Click on the "+ Add" button

  • Enter the name of the new activity in the desired language, then click on "Confirm"

Applications are displayed according to the language chosen by the user in the "My account" settings.

How do I delete an additional activities?

To delete an additional activities on the timesheet:

  • Click on the settings icon

    at the bottom of the right-hand bar

  • Click on the "List of additional activities" line under the "Timesheet" heading

  • Click on the "trash" icon for the desired activity

  • Click on the "Delete"

An additional activity already used in an practitioner's timesheet cannot be deleted.
