How do I delete a time from the timesheet?

It is possible to delete:

  • a time for a single day

  • all the times in a week for an engagement

How do I delete a time?

There are 2 ways of deleting a time from a day:

  • by entering "0" for the duration in the cell on the timesheet

  • by using the keyboard shortcut "d"

By updating the duration in the timesheet cell

To delete a time by updating the duration :

  • Click on a week

  • Unfold the list of times in the company

  • Double-click on the cell corresponding to the line of the engagement and the desired date

  • Enter the number "0" in the cell or empty the duration

  • Press the "Enter" key on the keyboard or exit the cell

  • Confirm by clicking on "Delete"

By using the keyboard shortcut

To delete a time using the keyboard shortcut :

  • Click on a week

  • Unfold the list of times in the company

  • Select the cell corresponding to the line of the engagement and the desired date

  • Press the "d" key on the keyboard

  • Confirm by clicking on "Delete"

How do I delete a week's time for an assignment?

There are 2 ways of deleting the times for an entire week for an engagement:

  • by using the "d" key shortcut

  • by clicking on the "trash" icon

By using the keyboard shortcut

To delete the times for an entire week for an engagement, use the keyboard shortcut :

  • Click on a week

  • Unfold the list of times in the company

  • Select the cell corresponding to the line of the engagement

  • Press the "d" key on the keyboard

  • Confirm by clicking on "Delete"

By clicking on the trash icon

To delete the times for an entire week for an engagement, click on the "trash" icon :

  • Click on a week

  • Unfold the list of times in the company

  • Click on the "trash" icon on the line of the engagement you wish to delete

  • Confirm by clicking on "Delete"
