The time sheet is an option in the Tasks application that allows practitioners to fill the time spent on an engagement sold to a client by the accounting firm (and complements the internal management offer).

Once activated, the timesheet is visible to all the accounting firm's practitioners. |
How do I activate the timesheet?
To activate the timesheet option in the Tasks application :
Click on the settings icon
at the bottom of the right-hand bar
Click on the "Enable" button under the "Timesheet" heading
Select a start date for automatic suggested activities
If necessary, update the accounting firm's configuration:
The maximum hours per day
The maximum hours per week
The working days and opening hours
If necessary, activate time approval flow by clicking on "Yes". In this case:
It is possible to activate time validation and configure it later by clicking on "No and finish".
The different configurations allow you to :
display a (non-blocking) warning on the practitioner's timesheet when the number of hours per day or per week is exceeded
limit automatic automatic suggested activities to the defined time slot
A default configuration is proposed for the accounting firm:

You can make subsequent changes to:
the configuration of the accounting firm
the configuration of one or more practitioners
activating or deactivating time approval
the configuration of teams for time approval

How do I deactivate the timesheet?
To deactivate the timesheet option in the Tasks application :
Click on the settings icon
at the bottom of the right-hand bar
Click on the "Disable" button under the "Timesheet" heading
Confirm by clicking on the "Disable" button
Once deactivated, the timesheet is hidden from all the accounting firm's practitioners.
However, the data and configurations are retained. So if the timesheet is reactivated, the accounting firm will have the same configurations and times as previously completed. |
