Space “My documents”

This storage is free where the management of the folders can be customized according to the needs.

Space “Companies” and “Users”

These spaces are divided into 2 parts:

  • Box” : free archiving space where the management of the folders can be customized according to the needs.

  • Archives” : structured archive space where folders are predefined and identical for all users.

Creating a folder

To create a folder:

  • Select:

    • Either the selected company or user and then “Box

    • Or the “My documents” space

  • Click on

  • Enter folder name

  • Click on

It is possible to create sub folders by renewing the process from the selected folder.

Once create, the name of the folder can be changed by clicking on the button

Deleting a folder

To delete a folder:

  • Click on the folder line

  • Click on the button “

  • Click on “Delete

If the folder contains documents, it cannot be deleted. You must first delete all the document in the folder. Moreover, this action is only available for folders contained in the "Box" or in the "My Documents" space.
