Documents can be downloaded or sent to a third party by email.
Multiple selection is available by holding down the CTRL key or by selecting all documents with the shortcut CTRL+A (or CMD and CMD+A on MacOs). |
Download documents
Click on the space (“My documents”, “Companies”, or “Users”)
Select the folder
Select the documents
Click on the “
Download” button
Sending documents by email
Documents can be emailed directly from the application
The recipient will receive an email with a link to download the transmitted documents.
This link is valid for 7 days. After this period, the documents will no longer be available. |
Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies”, or “Users”)
Select the folder
Select the documents
Click on the “
Send by email” button
Inform:
the recipient’s email address
the subject of the mail
the message to be transmitted
Click on “Send”
The e-mail can be intended for an external person who does not have access to the portal. |
