What does the application Documents do?

The application is a document storage solution that allows you to:

  • Store and share all personal and business-related documents

  • Simplify the document exchange between practitionners and business

  • Reduce processing costs

  • Easily access documents through the portal or the mobile application

  • Secure documents thanks to the ISO-27001 standard

What are its sections?

  1. 3 archive spaces:

    • My documents: private space only visible by yourself

    • Companies: shared space for documents related to a company. This space will be accessible by practitionners with access to the company and to the company’s own employees/partners with their portal accounts

    • Users: individual space shared between practitionners and yourself. The purpose of this space is to exchange personal documents such as the civil status or personal taxes

  2. A central zone for navigating through the various folders and documents in the selected area

  3. A search bar to find folders or documents

  4. A control panel:

    • The document/folder details

    • The document/folder activity

    • Available actions
