How to update a document?

It is possible to manage updates to documents and thus keep a version history, for example:

  • Archive the new version of a contract

  • Update the registration extract

  • Upload the new version of an Excel worksheet

Sending a new version of a document

  • Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies” or “Users” space)

  • Navigate through the folders to the selected document

  • Select document

  • Click on the “

    New version

  • Drag and drop the new document into the window that just opened or click on the arrow to open the file explorer

  • Click on “Send

The name of the original document (document stored) will not be modified, even if the new document has a different name.


History and version management

All versions of a document are listed in the “Versions” section of the “Activity” tab with the possibility to download or delete a version of a document:

  • Select document

  • Click on the “Activity” tab

  • View the number of versions

  • Click on the 3 dots on the right of a version:

    • Delete this version

    • Download this version
