It is possible to manage updates to documents and thus keep a version history, for example:
Archive the new version of a contract
Update the registration extract
Upload the new version of an Excel worksheet
Sending a new version of a document
Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies” or “Users” space)
Navigate through the folders to the selected document
Select document
Click on the “
New version”
Drag and drop the new document into the window that just opened or click on the arrow to open the file explorer
Click on “Send”
The name of the original document (document stored) will not be modified, even if the new document has a different name. |
History and version management
All versions of a document are listed in the “Versions” section of the “Activity” tab with the possibility to download or delete a version of a document:
Select document
Click on the “Activity” tab
View the number of versions
Click on the 3 dots on the right of a version:
Delete this version
Download this version
