This interface allows associating sales accounting accounts with each article to enable the transfer of accounting entries.
Prerequisites
Articles must be created beforehand to allow accounting configuration.
Users must be authorized to access accounting settings.
Configure sales accounts for products
Access Accounting Menu
Go to Accounting menu.
Click on Products.
Associate sales accounts with products
For each product, associate the sales account corresponding to each pre-configured VAT rate.
If necessary, specify accounts for:
Intra-community sales
Export sales
Use Default category accounts
If no sales account is associated with an article, the account of its category will be used automatically during the transfer of elements to accounting.
