This interface allows associating sales accounting accounts with each category to enable the transfer of accounting entries.

Prerequisites

  • Articles must be created beforehand to allow accounting configuration.

  • Users must be authorized to access accounting settings.

Configure sales accounts for categories

Access Accounting Menu

  1. Go to Accounting menu.

  2. Click on Categories.

Associate sales accounts with categories

  1. For each categort, associate the sales account corresponding to each pre-configured VAT rate.

  2. If necessary, specify accounts for:

    • Intra-community sales

    • Export sales

Use Default sales accounts

  • If no sales account is associated with a category, the default sales account is used automatically during the transfer of elements to accounting.
