You have 4 possibilities to send documents in the Image application, and then to make the accounting entry:
via the Scan application
via email, to a specific address
via the “Drop documents here” widget
or via the portal mobile application
Sending documents with Scan
As described in the online help of the Scan application, you have 2 possibilities to send documents from Scan:
“Scan” your documents from a compatible scanner: once your scanner is selected in the application configuration, click on the “Scan” button to scan your documents.
or drag and drop a document in PDF or TIF format from your computer.
Once the documents are in Scan, drag and drop them in the desired folders according to their type: purchase, sale, bank…
Click on “Send” to send your documents.
Send invoices by email
As described in the “How to send documents by email?” article, when you receive an invoice by email or you have the document on your computer, you have the possibility to send it to your accountant directly by email, via a specific address attached to your folder.
You can also chose to save the documents in the company Box or in your Document application. Your accountant will also be able to access the documents.
To obtain the email address, connect to your portal, go to the company section, and, within the widget "Upload documents", click on “Transfer documents by email”.
The email address appears in the “Send invoices” area. Once you have obtained this email address, you must:
Go to your mailbox (personal or professional)
Create a new email
Type the email address previously retrieved as recipient
In the subject line of your email type the desired accounting book code. If nothing is indicated, the invoice will by default be sent to a “Purchase” book.

The document is then sent to Image and will be waiting for input in the space

Send documents with the "Drop documents here" widget
With the widget "Drop documents here", in each company section, you can transfer your invoices and documents with a simple drag and drop.
1. Chose your documents
From your computer, drag and drop your documents in the widget. You can also click on "Drop documents here" and explore documents from your computer. You can chose to send one or several documents at the same time.
The upload screen opens and displays the list of selected documents.
At any time, you can add documents by following the same procedure in the "Drag and drop your documents here or explore" section.
You can also delete a document that you don't want to send by clicking on

2. Check the selected company
Check that the company displayed in the breadcrumb on the top right is correct.
To change companies, click on the company name.
The following screen is displayed:
The most recent companies are displayed. You can also search for a company from the search bar.
Select the desired company.
You are redirected to the main screen.
3. Chose the action
In this screen you can chose to send your invoices to your accountant, save your documents in the Document application, or send your documents in the Box of the company, to be classified later.

Scan a document from the mobile application
From the portai mobile application, press the button
at the bottom right and then press the camera icon
. Take a picture of the desired document using the button
2 modes are then possible:
SINGLE : allows you to take several single page documents in a row (the documents must all be of the same type: purchase, sale ...)
MULTI: allows you to take a picture of a multi-page document.
Once your documents have been photographed, click on the number of documents photographed in the bottom right-hand corner. Select the company, as well as the type in which to send the documents (purchase, sale, bank...). Edit the documents if necessary, then validate the sending by clicking on "Send".
