Commercial documents generated in Fact are more than just informational tools. They reflect the company’s identity and demonstrate its professionalism.
Fact Premium offer enables the management of multiple brands or activities by using customized document templates.
Create a document template
To create a new template, navigate to Settings > Customization > Document templates.

Set the default document template
In Settings > Customization > Documents, access the list of templates and set the default template for the company.
The default template is automatically applied to all generated documents unless a specific modification is made.
Choose a specific template for a document
When creating or editing a document, it is possible to select a specific template different from the default one.
If the default template is updated in Settings, the new favorite template is automatically applied to documents using the default setting.
Select a template during document creation
To apply a specific template during document creation:
In the Configuration block, locate the Document template section and click Change Template.
In the selection window, choose the desired template and click Select.
The selected template is then applied to the document being created.

Selecting a template while editing a document
To modify the template of an existing document:
In the Configuration block, locate the document template section and click on the Pencil icon visible on hover.
In the selection window, choose the desired template and click Select.
The template is immediately updated for the document in question.
Handling deleted templates: If a specific template is associated with a document and that template is deleted in the Settings, the default template is automatically applied to the document.
