With Fact Premium, you can manage several brands or activities using several templates.
Create a document template

Define the default template
In Settings > Customization > Documents, you can access the document templates list and define the template to be applied by default to the folder :
If no specific changes are made to a document, this favorite template is automatically applied to all documents generated.
Choose a specific template on a document
By default, when a document is created, the folder's favorite template is applied. You can choose a specific template to apply to a document when you create or edit it.
When the favorite template is switched in Settings, the new favorite is automatically applied to documents with the selected favorite. |
Choose the template when creating the document
To change the template on the document you are creating :
1. In the Configuration block, under Document template, click on "Change template".
2. In the selection window, choose the desired template and click on "SELECT".
