Managing IBAN allows for the customization of payment information displayed on commercial documents, tailored to the specific needs of the account, clients, or individual documents. This customization simplifies bank transfer transactions and enhances clarity for end clients.
Configure account-level IBAN
Through the settings, multiple IBANs can be configured for the account, and a favorite IBAN can be designated. This primary IBAN is displayed by default on all documents to receive payments by bank transfer.

Set a default IBAN for a client
In the client profile, under the payment section (or during the creation of a new client), a default IBAN can be selected and saved. This IBAN will automatically appear on all documents issued for that specific client.
Set an IBAN on a document
When creating a new document for a client, it is possible to select a specific IBAN to display.
This selection can also be made after the document is created by clicking the pencil icon to modify payment information.
On both screens (document creation or modification), the chosen IBAN can be saved as a new favorite for the relevant client. To do so, simply check the corresponding box.
