Commercial documents sent via Fact are more than just informational tools. They represent company's identity and reflect its professionalism.
Fact allows the creation of multiple document templates to adapt to different audiences, industries, or brands. These customized templates ensure consistent and professional presentation.
Premium Plan: Enables the creation of multiple document templates and the selection of a favorite template for the account.
Essential Plan: Includes a single document template, without the ability to create multiple templates.
Steps to create a document template
Open the Settings menu.
Navigate to Customization > Documents.
From templates list the list of templates, click on the NEW TEMPLATE button located at the top right.
A selection screen will appear, offering several starter templates. Choose the one that fits the account’s needs by clicking Select.
Once the template is selected, the template editor opens. The template can then be personalized to meet specific requirements.
Customize a Document Template
The template editor offers extensive flexibility to align the template with the company’s branding. Possible customizations include:
Modifying colors.
Adding logos and images.
Moving, resizing, or removing components (sections, columns, text blocks, etc.).
