How to update the user client applications access by a practitioner?

Feature reserved for the accounting firm's practitioner

The clients administrator also can update the client applications access.

Add one or more applications

  • Go to your Administration

  • Select the “Users” menu

  • Select the user to whom you want to add one or more applications

  • Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)

  • Click on the "Manage access" button

  • Check the applications to add

  • Click on "Confirm"

Validate application access requests

When one of your Fulll customers adds an application via the store, it is waiting for you to activate it. You must then activate the application, then possibly make the settings for it so that your customer can access it.

  • Go to your Portfolio

  • Select the “Users” menu

  • Select the user to whom you want to validate access to an application

  • Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)

  • Select the application in the “Activation in progress” section

  • Click on “Activate

Delete access to one or more applications

  • Go to your Administration

  • Select the “Users” menu

  • Select the user to whom you want to add one or more applications

  • Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)

  • Click on the "Manage access" button

  • Uncheck the applications to delete

  • Click on "Confirm"

  • The deletion will be active at the end of the current month. You can delete the application immediately by checking the “Do not wait end of the month” option
