How to update the user client company access by a practitioner?

Feature reserved for the accounting firm's practitioner

This interface allows you to view/modify the list of companies related to the client user.

Add one or more companies

  • Go to your Administration

  • Select the “Users” menu

  • Select the user to whom you want to add one or more applications

  • Click on “Company access” (under the “Administration” menu)

  • Click on the "Manage access" button

  • Check the companies to add

  • Click on "Next"

  • Click on "Confirm"

A client user can have access to several company access

Delete access to one or more companies

  • Go to your Administration

  • Select the “Users” menu

  • Select the user to whom you want to add one or more applications

  • Click on “Company access” (under the “Administration” menu)

  • Click on the "Manage access" button

  • Uncheck the companies to delete

  • Click on "Next"

  • Click on "Confirm"
