How to validate a client user by a practitioner?

Feature reserved for the accounting firm's practitioner

This interface allows you to validate the creation of a client user on Fulll portal.

This validation is mandatory to confirm the creation of a new client account and for the user to receive an email with its credential to connect to the portal.

  1. Go to your Administration

  2. Select the “Users” menu

  3. Change the filter to select “Users to validate

  4. Select the surname/first name of the client whose access is pending validation

  5. Click on “Validate this user account

  6. Then validate by clicking on “Confirm

Now the user is directly visible in the “Active Users” section.

The client user will receive a welcome email with their credentials. He must renew his password to log in.

Access validation is only available for portal administrators, partners and customer managers.
