How to renew password of a client by a practitioner?

This interface allows you to renew the password of your customers’ Fulll portal in case he forgot or lost it.

  1. Go to your Portfolio

  2. Select the “Users” menu

  3. Select the user to whom you want to send a new password

  4. Click on “Renew the password” (located on the right in the “Quick Actions” section)

  5. Confirm by clicking on “Confirm
