Searching for a thread allows quick access to it.
4 types of searches are available:
Search by period : select a period (today, this week, by month…)
Search by user : select a person (client or practitioner) to consult the messages
Search by company : access and if necessary respond to messages related to a folder
Search by keywords
It is also possible to compile search criteria, for example to search for threads in a company only that week. |
