The Messager application allows you to send messages to one or more recipients through conversations.
The 3 types of conversations
There are 3 types of conversations:
"Company" type: a non-confidential conversation linked to a company :
Practitioners with the company in their favorites can read and reply to this conversation.
Clients with the company in their favorites can read and reply to this conversation only if at least one client with the company in their favorites has been designated as a participant.
"Confidential" type: a confidential conversation linked to a company:
Employees with the company in their favorites can read and reply to this conversation.
Only clients of the company designated as participants can read and reply to this conversation.
"Private" type: a confidential conversation not linked to a company:
Only users designated as participants, whether practitioners or clients, can read and reply to this conversation.
Sending a new message
Sending a new message is equivalent to creating a new conversation.
Users designated as 'participants' in a conversation will receive a notification each time a new message is received.
Sending a message in a "Company" type conversation
Reminder: A "Company" type conversation is a non-confidential conversation linked to a company.
To send a non-confidential message linked to a company:
Click the "+ Create" button at the top right.
Click on the "Company" card (selected by default).
Select the company (also called 'client file').
Select the participant(s).
Add the subject of the conversation.
Write the message. It is possible to format the message using the message toolbar.
Add, if necessary, one or more attachments (max size: 100MB). To do this, click on the attachment icon in the message toolbar.
Click on "Send" or "Ctrl+Enter" / "Cmd+Enter" to send the message.
Once the message is sent, the conversation is automatically created and allows you to follow the responses provided.
Sending a message in a "Confidential" type conversation
Reminder: A "Confidential" type conversation is a confidential conversation linked to a company.
To send a confidential message linked to a company:
Click the "+ Create" button at the top right.
Click on the "Confidential" card.
Select the company (also called 'client file').
Select the participant(s).
Add the subject of the conversation.
Write the message. It is possible to format the message using the message toolbar.
Add, if necessary, one or more attachments (max size: 100MB). To do this, click on the attachment icon in the message toolbar.
Click on "Send" or "Ctrl+Enter" / "Cmd+Enter" to send the message.
