How to identify unread messages

In our application, you can easily identify new messages in several ways:

  • 1. On the home page, via the 'Recent messages' widget:

    • If you have the 'Recent messages' widget enabled, you can preview the 4 conversations in which you have received your most recent messages.

    • For these 4 conversations, if you have at least one unread message, the conversation will be displayed with a black border.

    • Click on the conversation to access it in a single click.

  • 2. In the navigation menu, via the 'Inbox' submenu:

    • In the navigation menu, under the 'Collaboration' menu, you will find the 'Inbox' submenu.

    • The number of conversations with at least one unread message is indicated by a badge on this submenu.

    • Click on the submenu to access the Messaging application and view your conversations.

  • In the Messaging application:

    • In the Inbox, conversations with at least one unread message are displayed in bold with a black border.

To make sure you don't forget to reply to a conversation, you can mark it as unread. You can do this in two ways:

  • From the list of conversations in the inbox:

    • Click on the options menu at the right end of the conversation.

    • Then select 'Mark as unread'.

  • Within the conversation itself:

    • Click on 'Mark as unread' in the top section of the conversation.
