Why customise the EDM archive tree?

To allow each accounting firm to adapt the structure of the EDM to its own organisation and needs.

What changes are possible?

It is possible to reorganize the archive tree by:

❶ creating more elements in the tree structure

❷ moving elements into other existing folders

❸ renaming existing elements

❹ deleting existing elements

What are the impacts of a change?

Any change to the EDM archive tree will apply to all the companies managed by the accounting firm:

  • It is possible to modify the structure of the EDM Enterprise.

  • It is possible to create a structure for the User EDM.

Prerequisite?

A specific role "Document Manager Administrator" has been created for this purpose.

It must be assigned, at least, to one person of the accounting firm (manager or practitioner) on request, imperative by email :

❶ A manager of the accounting firm must write the request email indicating the first and last names of the users concerned

❷ The email must be sent to the following address: assistance@fulll.help
