Pages of a dashboard

A dashboard can consist of multiple pages, accessible from the menu on the left. Simply click on a page to view it.

See article: "Managing Dashboard Pages"

The pages can be part of the dashboard model applied to the folder and are also customizable.

See article: "Template and Catalogs"

Dashboard Period

Each page contains a list of several widgets.

See article: "Dashboard Widgets"

The results displayed in each widget are conditioned by the period being viewed. By default, the folder opens on the current fiscal year of the folder.

You can change this period to view results for different time frames:

  • The previous fiscal year

  • A shorter time frame: quarter, month, week, etc. Select the desired period by browsing the different period granularities.

  • A custom period: specify the exact start and end dates for the period.

Accessing Details and Accounting Entries

From a Table

A predefined table (such as the P&L statement) reflects the structure of the chart of accounts. From an account category, you can access the list of accounts. Then, from an account, you can view the list of accounting entries in a dedicated table. If entries are linked to a PDF document, you can access the attached document.

From a Graph

A graph can represent various types of data (from accounting, indicators, or forecasts) or formulas. In most cases, you can view details of this data by clicking directly on the graph or its associated legend. This action opens a table listing all the elements (for example, account items within a section of the chart of accounts). For accounting data, you can also access the list of accounts, then the accounting entries and their attachments.

In the case of a formula, the table will display all elements that make up the formula along with their operators. Similarly, you can access the details of each element in the formula.
