Creating a widget template

You can add a widget template to the catalog to apply it to other files.

  1. In Dashboard, enter Edit Mode by clicking the “Edit” button.

  2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the desired widget.

  3. Click “Save to Catalog.”

  4. Enter the widget template’s name, description, and tags as needed.

  5. Click "Publish" to confirm.

Creating a Dashboard template

You can add a Dashboard template if it is suitable for other files, meaning it doesn’t contain elements specific to a single file.

Adding a template will save all sections and widgets within it, including indicators, forecasts, and formulas associated with the template.

  1. In Dashboard, click the three dots at the bottom of the right-hand menu.

  2. Click “Save to Collection.”

  3. Enter the title of your template, along with a description and an icon.

  4. Optionally, include a preview (screenshot) of your template on this page.

  5. Click "Save" to confirm.

Using a template from the catalog

Using a widget template

To add a widget from the catalog to your Dashboard:

  • In Edit Mode, click “Select a Widget” and browse the widget catalog.

- OR -

  • Go to the "Configuration" menu.

  • Select the type of element you want to add (widget, complete Dashboard, formulas, etc.) under the Catalog menu, then specify where you want to add it.

  • Confirm the addition.

Using a Dashboard template

  1. From Settings, go to Dashboard.

  2. Select the template that matches the company’s activity.
