Indicators in Dashboard

Once your indicators are configured, you will be able to display and use them in your dashboard.

View indicators into Dashboard application

  • Go to the Dashboard section, and select the desired item

  • Enter the editing mode by clicking on "Edit" located on the top right hand side.

  • Then click on the "+" button
    There are several ways to display the indicators. For example, you can set up :

    • a Financial table widget to display the indicators compared to Y-1

    • a Line widget in order to compare evolution curves between several indicators

    • a KPI figure widget to simply display indicators

    • ...

Example of a Financial Table with indicators for Year compared to Y-1 :

  • In step 3 "Data", select the rows you want to display in your table, indicating a label and then your formula: Number of clients, available room, other indicators...

  • In the Columns field, select the Realized option, then select "This period".

  • Add another Realized column with "Last period (-1)" as period, as well as a 3rd column Calculation to calculate the difference between This period and Last period (-1)

Include indicators in a formula

  • Go to the Dashboard section, and select the desired item

  • Enter the editing mode by clicking on "Edit" located on the top right hand side.

  • Then click on the "+" button

  • Select the title and type of the desired widget

  • Then in part 3 "Data", select the desired indicators directly in the Formulas part (the element has the indicator badge). You can search for your indicators by the type "indicator" or by the name of your indicator "Number of rooms...".
