This feature, exclusively for accounting firm practionners, allows the activation of a file in Fact. This step is essential to make the file accessible and fully operational.
Steps to activate a file in Fact
Select the company to activate in Fact.
Settings page opens.
In the "Activation and subscription" section, click on Manage button.
In the new window, choose the company’s plan: Essential or Premium, then confirm your selection.
Configure the file settings
Once the plan has been activated, you need to configure the file settings:
General: General information about the company (company identity, bank details, numbering format, features, etc.). Learn more
Accounting (mandatory): Essential accounting settings required for the file’s functionality. Learn more
Other settings: Adjust based on the company’s specific needs (e.g., document templates, etc.).
