How to set up an engagement for a company

Engagements allows a template to be applied to a company for a given period of time.

Setting an engagement

  • Select the “Engagements” menu

  • Click on the button

    at the bottom right

  • Select the company

  • Select the template

  • Indicate the start and end dates of the engagement

  • If necessary, complete:

    • The relative dates

    • The custom tags

    • The custom roles

  • Click Next” (see the article “How to create a template?”).

  • Click on “Activate the engagement” or “Save” to save as a draft

The engagement overview appears. It allows you to find all the tasks that will be applied to the company, as well as the number of tasks per assigned person.

Depending on the number of tasks present in the mission, the implementation may take a few minutes.


Follow the progress of the engagement

  • Select the “Engagements” menu

  • Select a current engagement

The number of tasks in progress, completed, overdue and remaining to be done are displayed.
It is possible to modify the people assigned to the tasks.


Once all the tasks have been completed, it is possible to close it or to renew it. To do so, click on “Renew” and follow the steps to reapply.
