How to schedule a document renewal request?

To schedule a document renewal request in a document expiration process, simply manipulate the information in the "Request a new document" column for each of the relevant document types.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Settings" icon

  • Click on "Document expiration process management",

  • Click on the "Add document request" button, in the "Request a new document" column, then perform 3 actions:

    • Set a number of units

    • Select a time unit (day, month, year)

    • Click Save

Once this action is completed, the document request will be created before the document expiration according to the defined deadline.

Without a defined deadline for a document type, automated deletion actions will not be triggered.

How to modify the schedule of a renewal request?

To modify a document renewal request in a document expiration process, simply manipulate the information in the "Request a new document" column for each of the relevant document types.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Settings" icon

  • Click on "Document expiration process management",

  • Click on the delay, in the "Request a new document" column, then perform 3 actions:

    • Set a number of units

    • Select a time unit (day, month, year)

    • Click Save

How to delete the schedule of a renewal request?

To delete the schedule of a document renewal request in a document expiration process, simply manipulate the information in the "Request a new document" column for each of the relevant document types.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Settings" icon

  • Click on "Document expiration process management",

  • Click on the cross at the end of the line, in the "Request a new document" column
