How to schedule a document renewal request?
To schedule a document renewal request in a document expiration process, simply manipulate the information in the "Request a new document" column for each of the relevant document types.
To do this, follow these steps:
Click on the "Settings" icon
Click on "Document expiration process management",
Click on the "Add document request" button, in the "Request a new document" column, then perform 3 actions:
Set a number of units
Select a time unit (day, month, year)
Click Save
Once this action is completed, the document request will be created before the document expiration according to the defined deadline.
Without a defined deadline for a document type, automated deletion actions will not be triggered. |
