Forecast: forecast management

Forecast allows you to define one or several forecast(s) / budget(s), in order to follow up easily the company performance according to defined objectives.

Connected to the different data sources of your company, Forecast allows you to define your forecast on the items coming from accounting and from the indicators defined for your company.

Once set up, you will have the possibility to compare the elements of the realized (accounting or indicators) directly with the defined forecast.

Create/Manage one or more forecasts

You have the possibility to create, modify, archive or delete forecasts.

  • To create a forecast, click in the Forecasts section on "Overview" (1)

  • Then click on the button

    to add a new forecast (2)

Once a forecast has been created, it is possible to modify it, archive it or delete it using the option button (3)

When you create a forecast, it is possible to fill in accounting data as well as data from indicators.

You can also create several forecasts, in order to:

  • compare the different forecasts with each other

  • compare each forecast with your realized

View a projection with a forecast

This feature will allow you to display a projection source from a specific date for practitioner but also for customers

  • To do this, click on the projection icon

  • Select the necessary Forecast

  • Select the date from which it should be displayed

  • Click on “Apply
