The Syntesis centralizes key information about business activity, simplifying document management and providing an instant overview of the company’s overall performance.

1. Quick Document Creation
A shortcut button, located on the right side of the screen, enables instant document creation without navigating to other sections.

2. Prioritization of key tasks

A dedicated section highlights elements that require immediate attention, along with associated actions:

  • Overdue invoices: Follow up with relevant customers.

  • Invoices nearing due date (within 15 days): Monitor due dates to anticipate payments.

  • Expired quotations: Reach out to prospects or customers to renew or update quotations.

  • Quotations nearing expiration: Track deadlines to prevent expiration.

  • Accepted quotations not yet invoiced: Quickly convert these quotes into invoices.

3. Quick access to recently modified documents
Recently updated documents are grouped in a dedicated section, allowing seamless resumption of ongoing tasks without time loss.

1. Current situation analysis


Four performance indicators provide a concise overview of the company's commercial health:

  • Turnover for the current fiscal year, based on validated invoices.

  • Payments received during the same period.

  • Quotations awaiting invoicing.

  • Outstanding customer balance and upcoming deadlines:

    • Outstanding balances: Includes the total amount of validated unpaid invoices and credit notes.

    • Upcoming deadlines: Displays the total value of invoices due (excluding credit notes).

    • A clear indication highlights the proportion of overdue payments.

2. Customized statistical analysis

​Three additional tools offer detailed insights over a customizable period:

  • Activity trend graph: Visual representation of turnover and payment trends through dynamic curves. Data visibility can be adjusted by enabling or disabling specific blocks in the legend.

  • Top Clients ranking: Identification of key contributors to revenue, with filters for Top 5, 10, or 20 customers.

  • Top Products or Categories analysis: Highlights the products or services generating the highest revenue, with similar display adjustment options

  • User performance by revenue generated: Ranks users based on the revenue they have generated.

The consultation period can be adjusted using a date selector above these elements.

⚠️ Note: The main indicators (turnover, payments received, quotations, outstanding balance) remain fixed on the current situation, regardless of the date range selected for other statistics.
