This interface allows you to have an instant summary of the situation of your business activity.

Monitoring of the company’s commercial activity

  1. Current situation: Allows you to find your turnover for the current financial year as well as your receipts since the beginning of the financial year. You will also find the amount of your pending estimates, your customer receivables and your delays for all periods combined. Note that you can easily access the documents constituting these different data, thanks to the counter located under each indicator.

  1. Choice of consultation period for the following elements. By default, the elements are calculated based on your activity over the last two months.

The data mentioned in point 1 "Current situation" are independent of the period selected here and therefore will not change.

  1. Evolution of your activity: Allows you to find in the form of a evolution curve your turnover for the period, your receipts, your waiting quotations as well as your in progress Customers. You have the option to click on one of the elements to hide it from the graph.

  1. Turnover excluding VAT for the top 30 customers, with the possibility of clicking on a customer to make it disappear. Then recalculate the graph with the other clients only.

  1. Production per user, which corresponds to the total amount of quotations and invoices created and validated over the period, distributed by user (Inexweb account used when creating documents).

The selected user is the one who created the document at the beginning ("Draft" status)

Example: the user A created an invoice in the “Draft” status. The invoice is then produced and validated by user B. It will be on behalf of user A because it was he who created the invoice in the first place.
