In order to take advantage of the maximum performance of the system, it is recommended to comply with the following instructions:
Scanning documents
Remove staples and paper clips,
Remove any attached and stapled documents,
Check that the document is not annotated or highlighted,
Do not mix multi-page documents.
Importing documents
Importable documents must be in PDF or TIF format,
Documents must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
If this happens, the performance of the automatic reading will be reduced.
Document layout
Do not mix several documents into one,
A document must contain all the pages of the original.
