How to use the reminder feature?
Here are the steps to use the task reminder feature:
Access a task in progress or overdue in your task management tool.
In the quick actions for the task, click the Follow up on the task option.
A reminder email will be automatically sent to all task assignees to inform them and remind them of their involvement.
Important Information about the Reminder Feature
Available for active or overdue tasks only. You can't send reminders for completed tasks.
One reminder per day. To avoid excessive notifications, you can only send one reminder per task per day.
No duplicate emails. If the person who requested the task is also assigned to it, they won't receive a reminder email.
