How to delete a document expiration process in a custom configuration?
To delete a document expiration process in a custom configuration, simply access the configuration of an already customized client folder and modify it, to manipulate the default expiration delay for a given document type.
To do this, follow these steps
Click on the "Helpers" icon
Then, in the Predefined Helpers section, click on the helper with the following name "Document expiration process configuration"
Click on a client whose configuration has been customized
Then set the expiration delay unit number to 0
Once this action is completed, the process defined for the document type will no longer be effective.
Without a defined delay for a document type, automated deletion actions and renewal requests will not be triggered. |
