Once the documents are ready to be sent, simply click on the “Send” button:
A confirmation request appears:
Click on “Yes” to proceed with the sending.
During sending, the main view displays a progress animation as below:
Documents placed in the "Documents to File" bunk are not affected by the sending.

At the end of the sending process
You have several notifications when documents are sent.
You will also receive a confirmation email.
Make sure that confirmation emails for sending documents are not considered “spam” emails.
From the portal, a notification appears in the activity center:
This last notification is visible to all persons having access to the folder (customer and practitioner account).
